Data guide

Phone motion

Gravity-removed acceleration measures the phone’s movement, not necessarily the participant’s. Magnitude is √(X² + Y² + Z²), in m/s².

Dates & coverage

Dates use the study’s recorded clock, without browser time-zone conversion. A selected day runs from midnight to the next midnight. Shading means recorded data or a gap, not phone power. Wider views use bin means and observed magnitude bounds; hover for details.

Activity windows

Reports mark their original windows; labels are not extended into neighboring periods. Comparison cards show original samples, aligned to window start, with shared axes. SD uses finite magnitude samples and n − 1; fewer than two samples gives N/A. These short windows describe variation, not clinical activity intensity.

Medication records

Bottle events indicate access, not verified ingestion. Daily statuses and times are shown as logged. P01 has reconstructed timestamps; interpret timing relationships with caution.
